Are you ready to take your next step toward healing from the impact of trauma and abuse?
You Are Worthy of Love and Healing
What You Should Know Before Scheduling Your Appointment
As a Trauma Care Practitioner and survivor myself, I understand how deeply painful experiences—abuse, neglect, betrayal, or other trauma—can affect your identity, relationships, and daily life. I’m here to help you understand your experiences, recognize their impact, and support your unique path forward. I do not prescribe medication or provide clinical diagnoses. I specialize in trauma-informed care, offering a personalized approach that respects your pace, needs, and strengths. Together, we explore practical tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, self-awareness, and nervous system support—all with compassion and without asking you to relive your trauma. While trauma-informed care is not therapy, it shares core values: Creating a safe, supportive environment Building trust Honoring your autonomy and inner wisdom If this feels like a good fit, schedule a free 30-minute consultation to connect, explore your needs, and see if working together is right for your healing journey. *Path to Empowerment is a private-pay provider and is not currently accepting insurance. Many clients choose this approach because it protects confidentiality, allows for personalized treatment, and avoids diagnostic labeling required by insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may request a receipt (“superbill”) to submit to your provider for possible reimbursement. This is not a guaranteed acceptance for reimbursement.
Still unsure? to see if this reflects what you're experiencing.
Note: Be sure to read the section above before scheduling—this helps ensure the consultation meets your needs and expectations.

The First Step
Exploring Your Inner Story
The Path to Your Future
In this 45-minute session, we'll examine your current situation, identify your needs, and discuss how I can assist you. We'll also review your recovery progress, the support system you have, and any other professionals involved in your healing journey.
Over several sessions, we will explore a general overview of your trauma history, evaluate your current relationship with yourself and others, and determine the steps necessary to advance your healing and recovery process.
In weekly, 1 hour sessions, we will examine experiences that shaped your beliefs, patterns that no longer serve you and journey through real-time discoveries of what's going on inside. The goal for these sessions is to help you identify your recovery goals, desired growth and what steps you can take moving forward into better habits, decisions and choices.
