Cancellation Policy

NEW CLIENTS: Before booking this service, you must complete a free consultation session and sign the Policies and Procedures documents. Failure to do so may result in charges related to canceling and refunding your payment if pre-booking requirements are not met before your first scheduled session. NEW AND ESTABLISHED CLIENTS: A refund or session credit may be granted if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice. Out of respect for my time and yours, I kindly ask that any sessions are canceled more than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment for a session credit to be applied to a future appointment. . If less than 24 hours notice is given, that hour is unable to be filled and you are required to pay for the missed session. If I am forced to cancel a session and it is not rescheduled, a full refund will be given.
