Cancellation Policy

NEW CLIENTS: Before booking this service, you must complete a free consultation session and sign the Policies and Procedures documents. Failure to do so may result in charges related to canceling and refunding your payment if pre-booking requirements are not met before your first scheduled session. NEW AND ESTABLISHED CLIENTS: A refund or session credit may be granted if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice. Out of respect for my time and yours, I kindly ask that any sessions are canceled more than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment for a session credit to be applied to a future appointment. . If less than 24 hours notice is given, that hour is unable to be filled and you are required to pay for the missed session. If I am forced to cancel a session and it is not rescheduled, a full refund will be given. PATH TO EMPOWERMENT is a private-pay provider and is not currently accepting insurance. Many clients choose this approach because it protects confidentiality, allows for personalized treatment, and avoids diagnostic labeling required by insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may request a receipt (“superbill”) to submit to your provider for possible reimbursement. This is not a guaranteed acceptance for reimbursement. “
